Telecommunications Consortium Management

TALA managed the AT&T contract for a six(6) member Consortium, provided pricing data, issued RFP(s), and managed consortium relationships and administration duties.  Additionally, TALA was responsible for conducting annual review of existing contract terms, rates and service levels against industry benchmark and trends to ensure the consortium was receiving “value” for its expenditures with AT&T; researching, recommending and implementing other cost saving and service enhancement opportunities, including but not limited to aggregation of wireless usage and telecom/data purchases, to achieve maximum ROI for each consortium member; and creating and supporting an effective management and administration program for productive consortium relationships that addresses both intra-consortium and consortium-vendor issues, including but not limited to leading meetings, planning and single point of contact for consortium wide related activities.
